These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Punch Media website and the review removal services offered by Punch Media ("Punch Media," "we," "us"). By submitting a request or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Punch Media reviews the Google Business Profile reviews you identify, assesses whether they appear to violate Google's published content policies, and, with your approval, submits removal requests and appeals through Google's official reporting channels on your behalf.
2. No guarantee of results
Google LLC alone decides whether a review is removed. We do not control Google's decisions, timelines, or policies, and we cannot guarantee that any review will be removed or stay removed. Any assessment we give is our professional opinion, not a promise.
3. What we will not do
- Post, buy, or arrange fake or incentivized reviews.
- Contact, threaten, pay, or pressure reviewers.
- Seek removal of reviews that are honest accounts of a real customer experience and comply with Google's policies.
- Use any method that violates Google's terms or applicable law, including the Consumer Review Fairness Act and FTC rules on consumer reviews.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the business or are authorized to act for it, and that the information you give us is accurate. You agree not to ask us to remove reviews you know to be truthful and policy-compliant. If a case requires access to your Business Profile, you are responsible for granting and later revoking that access.
5. Quotes, fees and payment
After our audit we send a written quote describing the reviews we will pursue, our fees, when payment is due, and any refund terms. No work begins until you accept the quote. If a quote conflicts with these Terms, the quote controls for that engagement.
6. Confidentiality
We keep the non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to submit a request to Google.
7. Not affiliated with Google
Punch Media is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google" and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punch Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Punch Media harmless from claims arising out of inaccurate information you provide, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of our services.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work already performed remain due as set out in your quote.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
