This policy explains what information Punch Media collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: your name, role, email, phone number, business name, location, Google listing link, details about the reviews you want assessed, and anything else you include in a request, email, or Instagram message.
- Public review data: the content of public Google reviews on your listing, which we read to assess your case.
- Technical data: our website host may log standard information such as browser type and IP address. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare an audit and quote, and provide our services.
- To submit removal requests and appeals to Google on your behalf.
- To communicate with you about your case and, if you agree, about related services.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with Google as needed to file your requests, with service providers who help us run our business (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and the right to deletion. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Email punchmedia@proton.me to make a request.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
